EliteCV Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
EliteCV strives to provide high-quality website creation services. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If EliteCV fails to create and host the client’s website within the agreed-upon timeframe and is unable to rectify the situation promptly.
- Major Defects: In the event of major defects or issues with the website that significantly affect its functionality and cannot be resolved by our team.
Refund Process
- Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to EliteCV via email at business@elitecv.me within 7 days of the service non-delivery or identification of major defects.
- The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the issue, relevant supporting documentation, and any communication with EliteCV regarding the problem.
- EliteCV will review the refund request within 2 days and notify the client of the decision.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Client Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued due to subjective dissatisfaction with design preferences, as EliteCV accommodates a reasonable number of revisions.
- Client-Provided Information: If the client fails to provide accurate and necessary information for website creation, resulting in delays or issues, refunds will not be granted.
- Third-Party Payment Platform Issues: Issues related to the payment process on CosmoFeed are subject to CosmoFeed’s terms and conditions. EliteCV is not responsible for payment anomalies on CosmoFeed.
Refund Amount
- The refund amount, if approved, will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
- Any third-party fees incurred during the payment process (e.g., transaction fees) will not be refundable.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The client should allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed.
Changes to the Refund Policy
EliteCV reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
